What do you get if you invite adventourous texans to a hidden gem on the coast of Norway inhabited by energetic locals ready to throw a party of a lifetime. The story about this couple is one for the movies. When Anka and her friends car broke down, Connor and his friends stopped to help, not once, but twice. «I am the only one who had success with the pickup line ‘I have triple A'» having the wedding audience burst out in laughter telling his speech. Anka is from Bremanger, Norway and Connor from Texas USA. They decided to have the mainwedding in Bremanger, joining the two families under the impressive view of fjords and mountains. People from near and far travelled as the little place tripled in numbers, everybody there to celebrate the couple.

With a classic wedding white wedding dress anka lit up the church like a true Norwegian bride. Sporting matching white cowboy boots the two Anka alone merged the two cultures together. Connor wore a classic suit with very deep, almost black, colors and also sporting a set of cowboy boots. We cannot go without mention the afterparty, which Anka and Connor had hired a local band to perform songs. The athmosphere was electric, you could literally touch and feel the energy from all the people. You know the party is good when the spontanious karakoe had Americans singin Norwegian. What a sight to behold.
